Each lighter includes a replacement flint, as that will eventually wear down. The flint spring is included, as well, as I have attached the two together—it makes installation of the flint much easier as one piece. No more flints flying across the room, to be lost forever.
The valves I use for these are costly but they are the best available and are made in Japan. They are guaranteed not to leak or fail. I’ve sampled many different kinds, but I’ve been using these specific ones in my personal lighters for almost five years and none of them have given me any issues.
